Because all items are crafted in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and carefully packaged before shipping.

All orders are shipped via Post.lu services and include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your package seems lost or is taking longer than expected, please reach out—we’ll gladly help track it down and support you however we can!

Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of the product and limited stock, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items.

Yes! Every Dorada piece is carefully handmade in small batches by Daniella. She takes pride in crafting each item slowly and intentionally — from the cutting and quilting to the final stitch and label. The goal is to provide you with quality, uniqueness and a functional product.

The makeup bag is made with an 11"x9"x2" sizing (28cm x 23cm x 5cm).

As the fabrics are chosen with precision, it is often the case that the fabrics are limited edition and will not be restocked.

Don't worry though, we release new collections with beautifully designed fabrics every few weeks! Even if you can't find the fabric you were looking for, we can guarantee you will love one of the new ones we release!

Please note that all orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent from Luxembourg (EU) and are therefore subject to UK import regulations.

Upon arrival in the UK, your parcel may be held by customs and you may be required to pay:

• UK Import VAT (20%), calculated on the value of the goods plus shipping, and
• A courier handling/clearance fee, typically around £8–£12, depending on the carrier.

These charges are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is usually requested by the courier before delivery.

As a guide only:

• An order of €30 may incur approximately €15–16 in import charges
  
• An order of €45 may incur approximately €18–19
  
• An order of €60 may incur approximately €21–22
